Vicki told us that, "This EVP was recorded right after Mary Jo and I had each won $100 playing pull tabs April 17th. Sounds like 'Thanks, thanks for the money.' I don't recognize this voice, but it's interesting that this entity is commenting on our winnings! Vicki "
In this example, you can hear Vicki say, "Happy New Year!" Then you hear a male voice respond with, "Happy New Year!"
Vicki's son, Braden, was lost at sea while kayaking with a friend. All that was found were the boy's helmets. In this example you hear Braden tell his mother, "Braden's not dead."
Vicki wrote, "Mary Jo and I were celebrating her son's birthday, Jim, who died with my son, Braden. We were recording to get the boys to speak up. We got some very interesting EVP, and here's one. Mary Jo has been worried about whether the outdoor Christmas lights at her house have been turned off when they should be off. We think this EVP, 'Are the lights out?' is about her xmas lights!"
In this example, you can hear Vicki close her car door as she prepared to record for EVP. She had the windows closed, and she was confident that she was alone. The sound of the card door closing is followed by the sound of a drum beat and chanting. This may be a good example of "echoes of the past or residual memory EVP; however, we have no idea what might have triggered the sound.
In this example you will hear a person say, "Good luck then ... by."
Vicki told us that, she "asked Braden to say something clearly evidentiary.
At first, I mispronounced it, saying
“Evidenchery.” I have included the
part of the recording where I say “Or should that be “Evi-den-chee-ary.”
Braden responds with the correct pronunciation, which is evidentiary in
itself! “Evi-DEN-chee-ary”
